Ruth's Chris Steak House
Situated in the heart of downtown within Grand Hyatt Seattle, this stylish restaurant offers cosmopolitan flair and sophisticated New Orleans ambiance for the discerning diner.  Celebrating good health and pleasure, Ruth’s Chris Steak House has been in operation for
more than 15 years delighting patrons with stunning cuisine, gracious hospitality and a full breakfast, lunch, dinner and drink menu.

Tempt your taste buds with an extensive selection of aged Midwestern corn-fed prime steaks - each broiled to order, topped with fresh butter and served "sizzling."  Our famous signature steaks are seared to perfection at 1800 degrees, ensuring they always arrive at the height of perfection to your table.

Urbane
Experience the unique cosmopolitan dining experience at Urbane. True to our regional focus, the wine menu at Urbane exclusively showcases fine Pacific Northwest wines.  Our restaurant serves delicious Pacific Northwest water, sparkling or stilled, both purified in-house and poured from reusable carafes.

Urbane is situated within the pioneering Hyatt at Olive 8 – Seattle’s first LEED-certified green hotel.  The restaurant and bar are easily accessible from 8th Avenue or the hotel lobby of Olive 8, and for guests of Grand Hyatt Seattle, your bill can be charged to your room.  For the convenience of our patrons, our restaurant menus are available in Braille.

The Tasting Room In The Wine Cellar
The Wine Cellar and Tasting Room are private dining rooms located one floor below the main dining area of Ruth's Chris Steak House.  The Wine Cellar seats up to 48 and the Tasting Room seats 24. 

A mahogany bar, custom-made sconces, and wrought-iron chandeliers give an aura of European elegance as you descend into The Wine Cellar. Heavy wooden doors open into a cavernous room that has been designed to look and feel like a giant wine barrel.  You’ll be fascinated by our trisected arched wooden ceilings, supporting staves, and suspended octagonal lanterns. Leather partitions enhance the atmosphere for your more intimate functions.

Enjoy three walls that are framed in natural rock, while the fourth wall separates the dining room from the wine collection.  Housed behind oversized glass doors to the right of the dining room, the extensive wine collection is comprised of full-flavored wines, all of which are featured on Ruth's Chris Steak House menu.
